They get their case closed.
NYC pays someone to &quot;verify&quot; that they&#039;re doing what the ATF verifies for free. Plus, ATF has a whole crate of whoopass that they can open up if the books/inventory&#039;s not up to snuff, so it won&#039;t impact their day to day operations in the slightest if they&#039;re actually doing it the way they should.

Now, Atlanta can sue NYC vendors and attach experts to their stores, and it&#039;s Okily-doklily.</description>
