Criminal population goes down. Crime rate goes down. Why can't Mayors Menino and Bloomberg get this concept? Gun trafficking - MANDATORY 30 YEARS. Use of a firearm in commission of a crime - LIFE. And, Vermont-style carry laws for all law-abiding citizens. Yeah...that'll happen. Not here in Boston they’re not.
