		<description>So, for the absolutists, would you be willing to horse trade some NICS improvements to get H.R. 1415?  Personally, I think I&#039;d rather trade the 86 MG ban too, but I suppose we all have our pet issues.  Unfortunately, this is how politics often works.  You agree to my crappy bill, and I&#039;ll vote for yours, or at least not oppose yours.  I think the important thing is that we give little ground if it allows us to take a lot.  I think NICS database improvement would qualify as a little ground (though the Lautenberg crap has to go).  If we can get something substinative for it, I think we should make the deal.</description>
