xxxxxxxx people xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx shall xxx be infringed.


On a marginally related note: the web site &quot;www.usconstitution.org&quot; does &lt;b&gt;not&lt;/b&gt; appear to actually &lt;i&gt;have&lt;/i&gt; the u.S. Constitiution on their site - not even a link to somewhere that it does appear.  Seems the people running that site are unaware that names should actually relate to the thing being named.</description>
