It may be an economic decision and not a drug policy decision.Pete supplies some info re. state laws regarding workers&#039; comp insurance, and handily dispenses with the &quot;Firestone&quot; numbers.  The War on (Some) Drugs reminds a lot of the anti-gun crusade. Bad information is repeated over and over, almost like a mantra, until it&#039;s not even questioned by most people.
