You’ll need a bending jig. Peruse the whole building an AK series for links on where to buy stuff. Get your AK kit now. They go away at the start of the year when the barrel ban goes in effect. Until some domestic dude starts making the barrels, anyway.

Sweet. My dads a pretty decent welder (actually, he’s pretty decent at everything crafty/mechanical he does – I must have picked up mom’s genes in that area) maybe I can get him to do one for me.

A friend did the welds. Probably going to moly coat it. And it should take any AK mag.

Did you make those welds??? Are you going to polish them down??

Can you use traditional AK steel mags in it, or are you limited to the “waffle” mags?
