don’t see a problem with this…if you don’t pay your fines they are notifying you of such. In the past, they might have called you..now they are using email and SMS. Its not like they are tracking you in any way. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a little disturbed by having cameras everywhere and what not, but this seems pretty harmless.
