She'll develop the equivalent of a nanny problem-- something that gives her an out without actually tainting her image in the eyes of anybody that cares. Miers has no kids, so no nanny issues for her. So I wonder what kind of minor skeleton could be leaked from the back of her closet? In typical fashion, Democrats will overplay their hand in condemning her on it and she'll be able to withdraw while the Dems look foolish.
