Her ACLU is on the wrong side of the issue, as most liberals are, but that doesn't necessarily mean she herself is. However, that dissenting opinion is no more probative on the meaning of the Second Amendment than is the majority opinion in <a href="http://laws.findlaw.com/us/494/259.html" rel="nofollow"><i>U.S. v. Verdugo-Urqidez,</i></a> which was joined by Justice Kennedy. Then again, that ruling was handed down in 1990, and Kennedy has "grown in office" quite a bit since then. I wouldn’t bet either way.
