maybe they’ll find that she hired some illegal or questionable aliens to clean her house. That always seems to do the trick, and you get a clean house for less money too!

one friend is convinced that Miers will be with drawn. She is only there to make the next nominee look good.

Think about it nonminate someone who you know is not qualifed (but extremly loyal) let that person take the heat then withdraw the nomination and appoint some one extremly quaflifed (from both a conservitive point of view and a regular point of view).

it is a wack idea, and it has a small chance of being true, but it is intreesting.

Well, the ICC stands for Inter County Connector up here in Maryland. What are you talking about? Probably Interstate Commerce Clause, right? and what do you mean by support? I support it too because it’s part of the supreme law of the land. Doesn’t mean I support federal regs on something grown in one state, just because the shovel that was used to grow it came from across state lines.

Well, it if turns out that she supported the ICC, she’s going to have trouble. However, her abortion stance shields her — Dobson’s happy — so who knows?

I’m beginning to think it’s dawning on Dems that she’s fairly religious, and that they’d better rethink their knee-jerk “support.” She could very well be defeated.
