   My guess is that he won’t start breathing fire for at least a couple years, if ever. I don’t get the feeling he’s looking to take an idealogical stand. If he’s going to move law, he’s going to want to do it quietly, at least for now. He has decades to make his legacy.

   Yeah, dammit! It’s time somebody finally got the cojones to declare the Louisiana Purchase unconstitutional, and give all that land back to the French.
