		<description>Actually, what I was always taught is that we neither shoot to kill nor wound.  We shoot to stop.  When you are in a lethal force situation, all you really want is for someone to stop doing something. 

Shoot to stop is easily defendable in a Court of Law.  If the guy dies and everthing else is equal, then that is his problem.  He might ought to have stopped before lethal force became necessary.</description>

		<description>In Oklahoma, it very specifically forbids &#039;warning&#039; shots.  It basically says, if you&#039;re threatened enough to use lethal force, you&#039;d better not be playing &#039;shoot him in the arm&#039; games.</description>
