		<description>Well put, Uncle.  I&#039;d much prefer a judge with principles, even if I disagree with those principles.  Of course, I support the Second Amendment and states&#039; rights.  I&#039;m pretty fond of all our Constitutional rights.  I&#039;ll take a strict constructionist judge over an activist judge any day.</description>

		<description>I agree that Gonzales would make a crappy judge, but it&#039;s a tall order expecting Bush to appoint a judge who construes the Second Amendment more broadly than Bush himself does.  Besides, when it comes to the Second Amendment, gunnies are beggers, not choosers.</description>
