It seems that in this case, the reporter knew of someone breaking the law. But then again i'm still waiting for CNN reporters to be arrested for breaking the law when they illegally transferred a rifle across state lines to do a gun scare story. Depends. I'm still trying to sort out where I stand on the court decisions to allow prosecution of the journalists for not revealing their sources.
