TN Supreme Court Strikes Down Old Porn Law

Knoxville’s ordinance to control so-called adult businesses has been struck down as unconstitutionally vague by the Tennessee Supreme Court.
That’s after a seven-year legal battle.
The city already has replaced the ordinance with a more tightly constructed law.
WBIR says exactly the same thing. Literally. This may explain why the Knoxville Titty Council recently changed the law. They knew they would lose.
