As the Republicans are showing, what you run on and how you govern through the other times of the election cycle can be quite different.

And I’m not so sure that this ain’t your daddy’s RINOs…

And the democrats ran as pro-gun, while supporting the AWB, closing the supposed gun show loophole, and a few other gun control measures. The american people just didn’t believe them.

The Democrats were pro-gun in the last election. It didn’t help.

And joining the RINOs may not be such a great idea for you. It was the RINOs on the Hill that have no problem in taxing your firearm and ammo purchases out of realistic existance. As with all of the political groups out there, you may like some of the parts of their ideology, but you’re not going to like it all.

I am perfectly content with the trade. I simply wasn’t using the SAR anymore (I used it once with Steve Ravnwood about a year ago and can’t remember the time before that) – plus an AK is an AK. The revolver is a thing of pure beauty, and perfectly balanced in my hand.
