It's kind of a half-chuckle I do when something is amusing but not funny enough for a full chuckle or belly-laugh. And I have, at times in the past, handed a newspaper article to someone and said, "read the whole thing." But I also feel a bit funny using the word 'blog' or 'blogosphere' in conversation. Quite a few people know I blog; that would be different if I were running a personal journal... but I don't do personal blogging much (except during and after hurricanes...).
