Zero charisma! Seriously, is this the technology that simply projects a picture of what is behind the shield into thousands of diodes? I saw a demonstration of that on TV about 6 years ago. I wouldn't work if the target was looking for invaders/pursuers, but if you weren't, it wouldbe pretty effective. Zero charisma! Zero charisma!
