It is way past time that something was done about this. I hope this is taken as far as it can be taken and this deviant gets all the time they can give to him. If the ex is smart, she will try to persue other charges along with this to keep him under a little longer. To the gent wondering if this is BS..you need to read more carefully and realize this is one of the first steps in becoming a serial killer, Jeffrey Dahmer (sp) began like this. Truth be known, this is probably not the first time this guy has done something like this. Finally I would like to say the little girl is the one that is really suffering because of this idiot, think about her.

Animal Cruelty shouldn’t be the only or the main charge, even if it’s a felony. If it’s reported accurately, this was a death threat, 2 counts.

Is the dog dead…YES. Did the Vet confirm that it had liquid makeup in its stomach…YES. This guy should be dealt with..if not in court..send him my why and it won’t happen again. Anyone defending him is a sad specimen of human kind. HE DID IT and HE WILL/SHOULD PAY.

Article said he talked of doing it on the phone a few days later. Doubt he would be doing that if the allegations were made up.

He didn’t defend anyone. He was stating it could be made up, which isn’t unheard of in the reporting of domestic squabbles.

Or it could be BS from the wife. Believe me, in that kind of stuff, you NEVER know.
“He laughed?” Who saw him laugh? who is telling this story? Anyone with an AX to grind?
It certainly COULD be….but it also certainly might be BS.
