Using my quick fedmath calculations, as a percent of GDP this is pretty darn small.

Neither party is the party of smaller government when in power. When out of power, each party is the party of obstruction to the other party’s goals.

Ideally, the legislature and the executive would be under the control of different parties (c.f. Bill Clinton).

Of course, by Democrat math that�s actually a cut, I suppose.

Don’t be dissing the Democrats..they are the real party of smaller government.

No, it would only be a cut by democratic math if it was lower then the rate of inflation or lower per capata.

Whether or not this is true I can’t say.
