It was intresting how the TN law allows felons (of some crimes) to have guns, but the federal law does not allow any felons to have guns, and even some charged with domestic viloence. I think in 2002 they had 120 murders with guns, and in 2003 they had 100, and in 2003 they had 88. I thought it was intresting. I heard about the story this morning.
