I just find it amazing that after over 100 years of making internal combustion engines, we’ve not come up with anything else. Where’s the innovation?

I a with you on the alternative fuels.

I think the federal goverment should encourage the use or fules such as EV85 (i think i have that right)

encourage is not fund.

Try giving tax breaks (or better yet don’t pay taxes at all) to the infant alternative fuel industry.

They did that with the internet, and look how fast that took off.

Of course, the most important question is how are you going to get the miata up to speed to fire up the scramjet? Perhaps go-fast stripes and a big spoiler would help. [/tongue in cheek]
