(I personally think that person should be put in the looney bin if those still exist) NOTE: I don't pesonal engage in that activity, the worts thing i have ever intentionaly done to an animal is ignore it for a littl while, and i don't personally own a dog (yet). what about killing your own animals (not tourturing them).
