The one with hard-leftist Mo <a HREF="http://www.planetout.com/entertainment/comics/dtwof/archive/312.html">whipsawing back and forth on Kosovo</a> was funny, but it's <a HREF="http://www.planetout.com/entertainment/comics/dtwof/archive/396.html">less</a> and <a HREF="http://www.planetout.com/entertainment/comics/dtwof/archive/394.html">less</a> so these days. And yeah, it works as in-character humor, but it still makes my blood run cold to hear characters talk about "<a HREF="http://www.planetout.com/entertainment/comics/dtwof/archive/398.html">The Internationale Dance Mix</a>." (To be fair, that last cartoon is one of Bechdel's funnier and less strident ones, but I can't imagine anybody even humorously suggesting an up-tempo arrangement of the Horst Wessel Song.)
