I assume they're all form letters, or at least bits of pre-written paragraphs pasted together, like Dell's web support (they look for keywords and send you back a completely irrelevent help file and consider the matter closed). But sometimes his responses have looked pretty customized, especially to inquiries about technical (internet/computer) related positions. And they're usually 2-4 pages long.
