		<description>They are closed again today too!  Yeaaa!  But there is more reason for closing today.  Lots of debris and power outages in VA (where everybody who WORKS in DC actually lives, plus a lot of the people who get paid in DC).

Also note that the State of VA contracted with thousands of electrical companies to be in-State for the hurricane and they are busily restoring power all over the place.

Maryland and DC have massive power outages today too, just like whenever it rains in any amount.
